Our legacy began in Ecuador in 1998, with a dream of not only crafting a chocolate that delights but also one that tells a story; a story rooted in the very soil of our own cacao farm. We bought a small, fertile piece of land that set the foundation for what would become a legacy of dedication, quality and love.
From the beginning we wanted to do things differently. Instead of relying on
others for cacao, we made a commitment to cultivate our own. This gave us more freedom to focus on what truly matters: quality. We’ve nurtured our trees for
decades, learning every intricate detail that produces the perfect cacao pod, and
ensuring every step of the process is handled with the utmost care.
Our philosophy is simple: great chocolate starts with exceptional cacao. We
harvest only the finest pods meeting our strict standards of flavor and richness.
By growing our own cacao we’ve created a process controlled entirely from the soil where the seeds sprout to the chocolate bar held in your hand. This
“ground to bar” approach is what sets us apart and ensures every bite reflects
the heart and soul we pour into our work.
After years of experience and dedication we’ve perfected the art of chocolate making. Every bar is a testament to the journey we’ve undertaken since 1998 and
our commitment to quality. We don’t just make chocolate, we live it.
